LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Premises: ODAL ESPRESSO 22 Market Place, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 7JB.

Notice is given that MR OZKAN AL has applied to Cumberland Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is: To extend the authorised hours for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: 11:00 to 22:30 Monday to Sunday To extend the hours the premises are open to the public: 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Cumberland Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD or licensing3@cumberland.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 30 JUNE 2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
