Marriage Act 1994 And The Marriages And Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises) Regulations 2005 - Marriages And Civil Partnerships Approved Premises)(Amendment) Regulations 2022
Suffolk County Council has received an application from Woodbridge Town Council for Shire Hall, Market Hill, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 4LP, to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
Copies of the application and plans showing the proposed premises have been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at: The Offices Of Suffolk County Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX, between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Thursday and 9:00am – 4:00pm Friday.
Further copies of these documents have also been deposited at: The Registration Office, 26a Quayside, Woodbridge, IP12 1BH, and may be inspected, by appointment, between 9:30am – 4:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
