LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mr Gar Hlne Cheung has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council on 03 June 2026 to vary the premises licence at 3-4 Duke Street, Brighton, BN1 1AH so as to vary the appended layout plans to reflect changes to layout, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: EHUicensing@brigfrton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP to be received by no later than 01 July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.brighton-hove.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
