New Road - Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Legal & General (Pensions Management) Limited to the Licensing Authority of Oxford City Council for a Premises Licence for the County Hall at 4-10 New Road, Oxford. The application includes the following terms:-
- To enable the sale of alcohol (on/off) between 07:00 and 02:00 hours daily.
- To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours on New Years Eve and to residents 24 hours per day.
- To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the application) to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
- To enable the provision of late night refreshment until 02:00 hours and residents 24 hours per day.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 25th June 2026 (www.oxford.gov.uk)
