What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Salty Dog Whisky Limited to the Licensing Authority of Oxford City Council for a Premises Licence for the Salter's Steamers Office, Folly Bridge, Oxford, OX1 4LA.

The application includes the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 0800 and 2100 each day.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 26th June (www.oxford.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
