Notice is hereby given that, Geoiuliana Limited, have applied on 9 June 2026, to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the above-mentioned premises.
The licensable activity applied for is The Sale of Alcohol “off” the premise Monday to Saturday 09:00-20:00 and Sunday 10:00-19:00.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Office at the address stated below.
Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk and must be received no later than Tuesday 7 July 2026.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
