Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Hampstead House Investments Ltd in respect of premises known as Labyrinth, First To Second Floors, 12-14 Bath Road, Cheltenham, GL53 7HA, applied to Cheltenham Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the provision of regulated entertainment (to include live music and recorded music) and the sale of alcohol on Sunday to Thursday only from the current hours of 10:00 to 01:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of 10:00 to 03:30 the following morning. To extend the permitted hours for Late Night Refreshment on a Sunday to Thursday only from the current hours of 23:00 to 01:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of 23:00 to 03:30 the following morning.
The hours for licensable activities on Friday & Saturday will remain the same. The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 04:00 the following morning and Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 04:30 the following morning. To seek approval of the new layout plan, which can be viewed upon request, and to remove Conditions 4, 5, 6 and 9 and replace with “A documented Dispersal Policy shall be in place. This policy shall be made available to all responsible authorities on request”.
