What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Sevenoaks District Council on 02nd June 2026 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Kings Arms Hotel, Market Square, Westerham, Kent, TN16 1AN.

The application is to vary the following: Licensing layout plan to include the basement bar for the sale or supply of alcohol.

Hours for: Sale or Supply of Alcohol: from 10:00 daily and from 10:00 to 01:00 on a Friday & Saturday.

Late night refreshment: from 23:00 to 01:00 on a Friday & Saturday.

Opening hours: from 10:00 daily and from 10:00 to 01:30 on a Friday & Saturday.

Live music & Recorded music (indoors): 18:00 to 00:00 on a Friday & Saturday.

To permit the sale or supply of alcohol and hot food and/or drinks for consumption purposes only, 24 hours a day, for residents and their bona fide guests.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 30th June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Licensing Partnership, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1HG or by email to licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
