LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that NEOS 99 Ltd has applied in respect of Bonnie Rogues, (Prev Revolution), Old Fish Market, 19-21 St Nicholas Street, Bristol, BS1 1LH for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

To change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 03. To permit:

Sale of Alcohol and recorded music: Monday- Sunday 11:00-03:00 (extended from 02:00).

Late night refreshment: Monday -Sunday 23:00-03:00.

The opening hours of the premises: Monday to Sunday 11:00-03:30 (Extended from 02:30).

To update the current premises licence conditions to include amendments to CCTV, noise control, last entry times, acceptable identification, incident log and references to the previous licence holder.

Please refer to the application for full details and plans. I have submitted an application for the variation of a premises licence to Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG.

The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk

Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 3 July 2026 such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
