What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Ensarb Limited in respect of premises known as Lakeside located at Mansfield Road, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 8PH for a premises licence.
The proposed application is: -
1. To permit the supply of alcohol from 06:00 to 02:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of regulated entertainment from 07:30 to 02:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
3. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:30 on Mondays to Sundays.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Gedling Borough Council Licensing Section, Public Service, Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 6LU where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website www.gedling.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@gedling.gov.uk no later than 19 June 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
