LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th June 2026 Beverley Town Cricket and Recreation Social Club Ltd applied to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Beverley Town Cricket and Recreation Club, Norwood Park, Recreation Club Lane, Norwood, Beverley HU17 9HW. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The provision of regulated entertainment (films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol on Sundays to Thursdays from 09.00 to 00.00 and Fridays and Saturdays from 09.00 to 01.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Sundays to Thursdays from 23.00 to 00.00 and Fridays and Saturdays from 23.00 to 01.00. Please note these hours and licensable activities are identical to those on the Club Premises Certificate and this application will not affect the operating hours of the premises.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Cross Street, Beverley HU17 9BA no later than the 3rd July 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire HU17 9BA between 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m. - Monday to Thursday, (4.30p.m on Friday) except public holidays or on the below link: https://www.eastriding.gov.uk/business/licences-and-registrations/licensingapplications/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
