What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council for a Premises Licence for Marks and Spencer, 12 Speke Road, Speke, Liverpool L24 8QB. The application includes the following terms:-

To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0600 to 0000 hours each day

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations or call 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH email licensingact2003@liverpool.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than the 30th June 2026.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
