What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NEIL DENTITH has applied for the VARIATION of a PREMISES LICENCE for Twelve Cocktail and Wine Bar, 11-13 West Derby Village, Liverpool, L12 5HJ.

For the following licensable activities:-

To vary the hours for the sale of alcohol ON and OFF the premises to Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 02.00 hours.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it through liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call back for an appointment to view the application.

Representations can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no late than the 3 July 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction. Dated 5 June 2026.
