LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that St Austell Brewery Co Limited has applied in respect of Bishop & Wolf, Hugh Street, St. Mary’s, isles of Scilly, TR21 0LL for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
To extend the premises licence opening hours and the hours when the premises is permitted to provide licensable activities:
Opening Hours: Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 00:30 (currently 23:30 close Sunday - Thursday; 00:00 close Friday - Saturday). Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music only). Monday - Sunday 19:00 - 00:00 (currently 23:00 finish).
Sale of Alcohol (on & off sales): Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 00:00 (currently 10:00 - 23:00 Sunday - Thursday; 10:00 - 23:30 Friday - Saturday).
This application is also to extend the licensed area of the premises to include the rear beer garden to accommodate a new temporary bar servery. The use of the bar servery will be governed by new conditions.
All other hours, activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this application.
The full application can be inspected at the Council offices or on the Current Licensing Applications.
Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Council of the Isles of Scilly, Town Hall, St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly TR21 0LW or via email to licensing@scilly.gov.uk
Representations must be received by the Council no later than: 3 July 2026
