APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A
PREMISES LICENCE

We, Blind Tiger Inns Limited, HEREBY GIVE
NOTICE that an application for a variation to a
Premises Licence has been submitted to Ribble
Valley Borough Council in relation to premises
known as Towneley Arms and situate at 41 Berry
Lane, Longridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR3 3JP, a
brief description of the changes being sought by
the application being as follows: To extend the
hours for the sale of alcohol on Friday and
Saturday to 11:00 – 02:00, with the permitted
opening times of 11:00 – 02:30 on Friday and
Saturday. To amend the plans accompanying the
premises licence and to remove conditions which
are either outdated or redundant.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and be made no later than 26th
June 2026 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the
postal address and, where appropriate, the world
wide web address (where the register of the
authority is kept and where the record of the
application may be inspected) being as follows:
Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices,
Church Walk, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2RA

Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application. A person guilty of such an offence is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
