Notice is hereby given that Mashud Ahmed Ullah has applied to Luton Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Tamarind Restaurant, 2 Archway Parade, Marsh Road, Luton, LU3 2RW
The application seeks authorisation for: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises; Monday to Sunday, 12:00 noon to 23:00 hours.
Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance to take place indoors; Monday to Sunday, 12:00 noon to 23:00 hours.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Council, Town Hall, George Street, Luton, LU1 2BQ

Representations must be received no later than 26 June 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
