Notice is hereby given that Thruxton Circuit Limited has applied to Test Valley Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Thruxton Circuit, Andover, SP11 8PN.
The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of Alcohol (Thur – Sat 10:00 – 00:00 Sun 10:00 – 22:00), Recorded Music (Thur – Sat 10:00 – 00:00, Sun 10:00 – 22:00) and Live Music (Thur – Sat 10:00 – 00:00, Sun 10:00 – 22:00)
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Manager, Legal & Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ or by emailing licensing@testvalley.gov.uk
Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
