Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence under The Licensing Act 2003

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by PEACEFUL SEASONS LIMITED (By Director Ting Liu) to Broxtowe Borough Council in respect of the premises known as U.Canteen, 18 High Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2JP.

The Licence granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Restaurant and provision of sale of alcohol on the premises between the hours of 11.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays to Sundays (except Tuesdays) including bank holidays.

A record of application may be inspected at any time by emailing licensing@broxtowe.gov.uk. During office hours arrangements may be made for the register to be viewed at Council Offices, Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottinghamshire, NG9 1AB.

A responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to Licensing Department, Broxtowe Borough Council, Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1AB. by the 10 July 2026. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a fine of Level 5 (£5,000) on the standard scale, knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
