What is proposed?

Alderforce North Limited is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for premises situated at: KFC Grantham, 27 Harlaxton Road, Grantham, NG31 7SA.
The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:
Late Night Refreshment {Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 02:00 the following morning.
Applications may be inspected at the relevant council office during normal office hours. Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to, Licensing, South Kesteven District Council, The Picture House, St Catherines Road, Grantham NG31 6TT or by email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk by: 30/06/2026
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
