LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to Crawley Borough Council for a premises licence for German Doner Kebab (GDK), situated at Unit 4, Crawley Leisure Park, London Road, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 8LR. Applicant: Z&K Fresh Tea Ltd.

Proposed Activity: The provision of Late Night Refreshment (hot food and drink - no alcohol sales) between the hours of 11:00 hrs and 03:00 hrs, Monday to Sunday.

Any person may make a representation to the Licensing Authority regarding this application. Representations must relate to the licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, protection of children from harm) and must be received no later than 03 July 2026.
