What is proposed?

To whom it may concern: I Marion Cann do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a variation of a Premises Licence at K H May & Partners, Exe Valley Farm Shop, Thorverton, Exeter. EX5 5LZ, known as Exe Valley Farm Shop. The application is to:- Extend the hours of serving alcohol on a Friday and Saturday evening until 12.30am, for occasional private functions. Including the playing of live music.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
