What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Vale of Glamorgan Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Windsor Arms Hotel at 95 Windsor Road, Penarth, CF64 1JE. The application includes the following terms:- 1. Application is made to permit Retail Sale of Alcohol, Recorded Music and Late Night Refreshment until 01:00 hours on Friday and Saturday. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 25th June 2026 (www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
