LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENSE

JW Lees & Co (Brewers) Ltd hereby confirms by way of notice that it has applied to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as 115 London Rd N, Poynton, Stockport SK12 1AG, for a Premises Licence to allow for:

•Sale of Alcohol, Performance of Live Music and The Playing of Recorded Music.

•Licensing hours applied for are: 10:00 - 23:00 (Monday- Thursday) 10:00 - 00:00 (Friday - Sunday) with an extra hour on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and from the end of hours on New Years Eve until the start of hours on New Years Day.

A Register is held at Cheshire East Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected at the offices of Premises Licensing, Licensing Department | Municipal Buildings, 2nd Floor, Earle Street | Crewe | Cheshire | CW1 2BJ or online at www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/business/licensing

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Premises Licensing, Licensing Department | Municipal Buildings, 2nd Floor, Earle Street | Crewe | Cheshire | CW1 2BJ no later than 29.06.26
