I, Nathan Charker do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Combe Head Meadow, Hillerton, EX17 5AA and known as Combe Meadow Vineyard.
The application is to enable alcohol sales direct from our vineyard.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on t7th July. (www.middevon.gov.uk).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
