NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Hesketh, 63 Hulme Hall Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle SK8 6JZ.
The variation proposed is as follows:- To amend the start time for the sale of alcohol and opening time to 09.00 hours daily for standard and nonstandard timings.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Authority, The Licensing Officer (2003), 4th Floor, Stopford House, Stockport SK1 3XE, www.stockport.gov.uk during normal office hours.
This application was lodged with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Authority on 4 June 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above address or licensing@stockport.gov.uk no later than 2 July 2026.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
