What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by London Tara Hotel Limited to the Licensing Authority of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to vary the Premises Licence for the Tara Copthorne Hotel, Scarsdale Place, Kensington, London, W8 5SR.

The application is to approve a new plan at Annex 4 to include the Skyview function room on the mezzanine level.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 26th June 2026 (www.rbkc.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
