Notice is given that Ferry View Limited has applied to South Tyneside Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.
This application seeks to vary the premises licence to extend the permitted hours for playing recorded music and the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 7.00pm to 9.00pm, seven days a week.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council, Regulatory Services, Level 3, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL. Representations must be received no later than 29th June 2026
