What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Village Superstore Ltd are applying for a Premises
Licence at Premier 536-538 Scott Hall Road Leeds
LS7 3RA. If GRANTED the application will allow:
Sales of Alcohol OFF the Premises Monday –
Sunday 00:00 – 23:59.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation,
must do so in writing, preferably by email to:

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

or
alternatively by post to Entertainment Licensing
Leeds City Council Civic Hall Leeds LS1 1UR
Phone: 0113 378 5029. Representations must be
made in writing within 28 days from the date of this
notice ,by midnight on 26th June 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing
act 2003, to make a false statement in or in
connection with this application. Those who make
a false statement may be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of any amount.
