Premises: The Village Cafe, 3 Front Street, Whitburn, Sunderland, SR6 7JB.
Notice is hereby given that Colmans Whitburn Ltd has applied to South Tyneside Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The licensable activities applied for are: the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and the provision of live and recorded music, Monday to Sunday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council, Development Services, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL. Representations must be received no later than 2nd July 2026 The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or via South Tyneside Council's licensing register.
