TAKE NOTICE, Neil Howarth, has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be granted in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows:
Sale of Alcohol, Live and Recorded Music, Mon-Sun [11:00-01:30hrs]

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL. The final date for representations is 23:59hrs on 1st July 2026.
