PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW TO PREMISES LICENCE
I, Baljit Kumar, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence for Desi Mela UK at Southall Park, Uxbridge Road, UB1 3AL.

The application is for:
1. The provision of Live Music from 12:00 to 20:00;
2. The performance of Dance from 12:00 to 20:00;
3. The provision of Entertainment similar to Music and Dance from 12:00 to 20:00; for an event to be held on 05 July 2026

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 28 June 2026 Representations received after this date cannot be considered. 

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council's website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_trading  

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
