LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th May 2026 Valiant Asset Polar D Limited applied to Herefordshire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Queens Arms, 30 High Street, Bromyard HR7 4AE.

The proposed variation is 1. To amend the opening hours to commence from 08:00 Monday to Sunday. 2. To amend the sale of alcohol hours to commence from 09:00 Monday to Sunday. 3. To amend the conditions within the premises licence to only allow under 18's on the premises if accompanied by a responsible adult; and not after 9pm.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Plough Lane, Herefordshire HR4 0LE or email licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk no later than 25th June 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Herefordshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE Monday to Friday by prior appointment ONLY or email licensing@herefoidshire.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
