We City & Docklands the Portal Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a New Premises Licence at CITY & DOCKLANDS , 7 PORTAL WAY , NORTH ACTON, LONDON W3 6RT.
The application is to allow :
RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON & OFF THE PREMISES MON-SUN 00.00 TO 00.00 (24 HOURS)
LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT 23.00 TO 05.00 DAILY FROM COMMUNAL LOUNGE , GARDEN & CAFÉ AREA OVERNIGHT BY VENDING MACHINE
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 30TH June 2026
Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201017/licences_and_street_trading
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address.
