NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by Christopher and Hannah Blevins to East Lindsey District Council in respect of the premises known as The Kerry Hill which is situated at Peter’s Eden Farm, Howgarth Lane, Friskney, Boston, LINCS, PE22 8PQ
The licensable activity, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, is as follows:
Outdoor and indoor films
The supply of alcohol at events (from 1000-2300)
The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6HP, during normal office hours (email: licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).
Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 25 June 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the licence application.
