Notice is hereby given that: Overdraughtrad Ltd Have applied to Bury Council to vary the Premises Licence for: 28-30 Blackburn St Radcliffe M26 1NQ
To amend conditions and to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday - Wednesday 11:00 -23:00, Thursday - Saturday11:00 - 02:00 Sundays 11:00-00:00 (Sundays prior to bank holidays 11:00-02:00) and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Playing of live & recorded music Monday -Wednesday 11:00 -23:30, Thursday - Saturday11:00 - 02:30 Sundays 11:00-00:00 (Sundays prior to bank holidays 11:00-02:30)
Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 17th June 2026 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome.
