NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by MUSTAFA HASAN MEHMED to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as MACAULAY STORE which are situated at 76 MACAULAY DRIVE, LINCOLN LN2 4EL.
The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:
SALE OF ALCOHOL OFF THE PREMISES 09:00 – 23:00
SUNDAY TO THURSDAY 09:00 – 00:00
FRIDAY & SATURDAY
The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 29 JUNE 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
