Licensable activities applied for:-
- Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the Premises (01 March to 31 October only):-
Everyday:- 11:00 - 23:00
- Opening hours applied for (01 March to 31 October only):- Everyday:- 10:00 - 23:55.
A Register is held at the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected by appointment at the offices of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, ST13 6HQ by appointment between the hours of 10.00am and 16.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed here: http://www.staffsmoorlands.gov.uk/article/443/Current-licence-applications.
A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Licensing Team by 30 June 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
