MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES)(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022

Suffolk County Council has received an application from Hadleigh Market Feoffment Charity for The Guildhall, Hadleigh, Suffolk IP7 5DN to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of Section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

Copies of the application and plans showing the proposed premises have been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Suffolk County Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX between 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4pm Friday.

Further copies of these documents have also been deposited at The Register Office, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX and may be inspected, by appointment, between 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

Suffolk County Council has received an application from Cowslip Valley Farms Limited for Fynn Valley Golf Club, Witnesham, Ipswich, Suffolk IP6 9JA to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of Section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
