Notice is given that Yusuf Ahmet Capar has applied to Licensing Authority of City of London for a Premises Licence at: Rose’s Kitchen- 11 HARROW PLACE, LONDON, E1 7DB To permit for the licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises: - From 10:00 to 22:30 Monday to Sunday.

A record of this application is held by the City of London and can be viewed by members of the public online by visiting www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the offices of City of London licensing Authority, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ.

Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above or by emailing Licensing@cityoflondon.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 25/06/2026.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
