Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that I, Stuart Holden, Kendal United Football Clubs (trading) Ltd, have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Kendal United Football Club, Castle Drive, Kendal LA9 7BN
The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol and 11:00 to 23:00 hours, seven days a week.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 29 June 2026 that is 28 days after valid application stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 -16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
