Proposed Licensable Activities:
(1) Removal of condition from Licence Condition 5

A personal license holder to be at the premises during hours of operation.

(2) Submission of new plan to replace current plan

Date to make representations by: 03/07/2026

The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

Any person who makes a false statement is liable, on summary
conviction, to an unlimited fine.
