We HORNEYWINK LIMITED give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Horneywink Barn, Balaclava, Horneywink Orchards, Mylor Downs, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 5UL
The application is to: Sale of Alcohol by Retail (Off Sales only) Monday to Sunday 00:00 – 00:00 – Never open to the public, will operate online only.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 02/07/2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www. cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
