NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has applied to London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham on 03 June 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Hammersmith and Fulham Civic Campus, including Civic Avenue & Unity Square, King Street, London, W6 9JU for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films, Live & Recorded Music) from 09:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday, the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 10:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday, plus non standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: licensing@ lbhf.gov.uk or via our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing to be received by no later than 1 July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.lbhf.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
