LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Lisa Mudie has applied to Cornwall Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Mill Valley Yurts Shop, Egloshayle, Wadebridge, Cornwall PL27 6JQ. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, primarily for campsite guests and visitors and also to the general public.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro, TR1 3AY or email licensing@ cornwall.gov.uk not later than 7th of July 2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday-Friday (except bank holidays) by prior arrangement. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications'. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
