What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Variation of Premises Licence

Notice is given that Bagatelle Dover Street Limited applied to the City of Westminster on 1 June 2026 for the variation of the premises licence for Bagatelle, Basement and Ground Floor, Dover House, 34 Dover Street London W1S 4NG so as to (1) Extend trading hours in basement only Mon -Sat to 3am for Performance of dance, live music, anything similar, late night refreshment and retail sale of alcohol (on sales only for the extended hours). No change to ground floor. No change to Sundays (2) Opening hours amended to Monday-Saturday: 09:00 to 03:20. No change Sundays (3) Amend/delete/add conditions (4) Increase capacity in basement to 60 persons excluding staff (5) on such terms, and conditions as set out in the application papers.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 29 June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street London, SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
