NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: NORTHFIELD COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST has applied to BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: VICTORIA COMMON situated at: VICTORIA COMMON, Priory Telephone Exchange, Meeting House Lane, Northfield, Birmingham B31 2LD

The application is to permit the following licensable activities:

Regulated Entertainment. The event may include a range of entertainment and community activities, including but not limited to live music, recorded music, performances, demonstrations, exhibitions, food and beverage provision, and other ancillary event activities.

The proposed days and hours are: WEDNESDAY 22nd JULY - SUNDAY 26th JULY. 10:00- 16:00

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to: Licensing Authority BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL, Licensing@birmingham.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than 30 June 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
