We Favorita International Ltd give notice that We have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 58 The Strand, Newlyn Penzance, TR18 5HW The application is to:

Retail sale of alcohol on and off the premise Monday - Sunday 0900 - 2300

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 30 June 2026.

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.
