What is proposed?
I/We Lucy Babb & Michaela Bundy do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Copplestone Farm Shop, Dulings Farm, Copplestone, EX17 5NR and known as Copplestone Farm Shop.
The application is to:-
Sell locally made alcohol as a retail store (bottled, cans etc) for customers to consume at home.
Promote local bands and artists at events with live music.
Host events with licensed bar and live music up to the hours of 2300.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
