Notice is hereby given that The Puglian Collective LTD has applied to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 129 Broad Avenue, Hessle, HU13 0FH.

The application was made on 28 May 2026.

The application is for the ONLINE sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day.

Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA or licensing@eastriding.gov.uk no later than 25 June 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction if found guilty of the offence.
