Public Notice - Application for a Premises Licence

We James Hall & Company Ltd do hereby give
notice that we have applied for a premises licence
in respect of SPAR Stores, 181-183 Preston Road,
Grimsargh, Preston, Lancashire, PR2 5JP. The
licence is to allow Licensable activity, (a) The sale
by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 06:00am –
23:00pm.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority, during normal office hours at:
Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road,
Preston PR1 2RL. You can also view the application
online through our Public Register. Any interested
party or responsible authority may make
representations to the Council about the
application. Such representations must be in
writing and must be made no later than 29th June
2026, 28 days starting on the day after the day the
application was given to the licensing authority.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction.
